35% Reservation for Women in Government Jobs
- On 8 July 2025, the Bihar government decided to enforce domicile policy reservation for women in government jobs.
- Since 2016, a 35% reservation quota has existed for female candidates in state government jobs.
- This new domicile policy limits the quota exclusively to women who are permanent residents of Bihar.
- Now only native women of Bihar will benefit from the 35% ....
