Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee–Chevening Uttar Pradesh State Government Scholarship Scheme
- Recently, the Government of Uttar Pradesh has launched the ‘Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee–Chevening Uttar Pradesh State Government Scholarship Scheme’.
- Under this scheme, every year, 5 talented students from the state will be awarded a full scholarship to pursue a one-year postgraduate (Master’s) degree at any reputed university in the United Kingdom.
- Students will be selected jointly by representatives of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), Government of the United Kingdom, and the selection will be entirely merit-based.
